Ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances; however, ticket holder is able to change the travel date up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled trip for a fee of $10.00 dollars. The updated travel date is not to exceed 30 days from the original travel date. In the event that the ticket(s) is not used by the updated date, the ticket will be null and void. Tickets are not transferable.

• If passenger loses ticket, passenger is liable for new ticket cost.

• We are not responsible for related expenses due to delays.

• Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

• Transportes Chavez, Inc. is not responsible for lost luggage.

• Transportes Chavez, Inc. is not responsible for baggage stopped by Mexican or American Customs nor will it assume or accept any liability for the loss, broken, damaged or deterioration of any items transported.

• Transportes Chavez, Inc. is not responsible for personal items left on buses or terminals.

• Passengers are responsible for carrying all required documentation to be able to cross international borders. Drivers are not allowed to wait for passengers for more than 20 minutes if the passenger is not carrying valid and current documentation at customs check points.

Tickets are valid only for the scheduled date and time printed and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets and or Boarding Passes presented by any person other than the name printed will be considered null and void and will be subjected to confiscation.
